The level of gymnast we tend to get is really above your recreational standard. Having said this it is the ideal class for beginners. It is amazing how quick the gymnast pick things up and move on.
Headed by Senior coach Glen Gamotis who has done some fantastic work with Trickster gymnasts getting many to develop so they are able to eventually move into higher level training groups.

Parking can be difficult if there are other events in operation, so please allow good time to find parking. The rear of the building following the service road from Western Road can often be your best place, Park on the old unused tennis courts and then just walk around the water
Aimed at 8  to 16 gymnasts are attempting round off flics on the floor along with handstands and Cartwheels.
Carthwheels are also done on the balance beam and handspring vault is worked on with many.

The trampet will see many progressive skills worked on with somersaults being the end product.

Like in the Salto’s class, the ropes are great fun for many, having said this most of the older teenage gymnasts end up laughing too much to concentrate on actually climbing!!



Classes cost just £3 per hour at £6 for the two hours and are payable in ten week blocks. The first class attended is paid for on the day and thereafter the remainder of how ever many weeks are left is paid up by the parents. 

It's really good value and the girls get to use Floor, Beams, bars, ropes, rings, Vualt, Trampet and at times the Airtrack.

Classes operate throughout the summer break, we do not stop apart for Christmas and Easter Saturday.
