1. You cannot use your www.instant-pages.com website to:

· Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, derogatory, defamatory, infringing, improper, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.

· Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws or by rights of privacy of publicity unless you own or control such rights or have received all necessary consents.

· Upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer.

· Offer to sell any pornographic goods or services

- Conduct email spamming.


If any Customer is involved with "spam" sent from our network, and/or spam sent from other networks attempting to advertise the Customer's site or service hosted on the network, the Customer agrees to be fined £200 per message, due immediately.

· Download for distribution in any manner any file that contains obscene, indecent, profane, derogatory, defamatory or copyrighted material. · Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.

· Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices, proprietary designations, labels of the origin, source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.



Hosting and payment

All sites will be hosted using Instant-pages.com servers.

 

If the website should be transferred to an alternative hosting provider not under Instant-pages.com's control the public viewable HTML may be copied across although the server source code and database cannot be transferred.

At the end of the payment term the site will be reset to trial and will only be made live once another payment has been met. After a certain period of time if a payment has not been met then we reserve the right to delete the site from the system.

If a regular monthly payment cannot be taken the administration area will be limited in function. The site will remain live and a period is given to re-start the payments. If at the end of this time payments are not met the website will be deleted from the system.
